BADR AL SAMAA HOSPITAL, SOHAR LAUNCHES SENIOR CITIZENS PRIVILEGE CARD FOR SENIOR CITIZENS

Badr Al Samaa Hospital, Sohar is committed to providing quality healthcare with affordable prices to every strata of the community.  On the occasion of National day and its first anniversary of the hospital launched the Senior Citizens privilege Card for the Senior Citizens of Al Batinah region. Badr Al Samaa believes that the senior citizens need special care and money should not be a concern while availing quality healthcare services. Senior Citizens will be given free consultation for one month in all Specialities and 50% discount on consultation for Super Specialities. After Completing one month of this offer, there will be a 50% discount on consultation for all specialities including super specialities for life long.  Also they will be able to avail 25% discount on in patient services except medicines, consumables and implants. This Senior Citizens Privilege Card was launched in a special event organized on the occasion of the first year anniversary. HE Sheikh Ahmaed Al Ghofaily, Goodwill Ambassador & Former Member of State Council was the Chief Guest, Eng Salim Bin Hamad Al Kindi, DG Sohar Municipality was the guest of honour and Dr. Najat Mohammed Issa Al Zadjali, Director – DGPHE, North Batinah Governorate was the special guest. The event was also attended by managing directors of Badr Al Samaa Group of Hospital, Abdul Latheef and Dr. P A Mohammed, executive directors Firasath Hassan and Moiedeen Bilal, Chief Executive Officer Sameer PT, Chief Operating Officer Jacob Oommen, Branch Head Manoj Kumar, Medical Director Dr. Azhar Iqbal, Head Branding & Communication Asif Shah and many eminent dignitaries, doctors, nurses, administrative staff of Badr Al Samaa Group.

This gesture will go a long way in making quality healthcare more accessible and affordable for senior citizens who need special care in their old age.

Dr. Najat Mohammed Issa Al Zadjali said that Badr Al SamaaHospital, Sohar not just in COVID but in every other way has supported the Ministry of Health in making quality healthcare services affordable to all. 

In a joint communiqué, managing directors of Badr Al Samaa Group of Hospitals, Dr. P A Mohammed and Abdul Latheef said that Badr Al Samaa believes that quality healthcare should not be confined to a particular section of society. They said Badr Al Samaa has always taken initiatives to help communities in every possible way. With these initiatives more senior citizens will focus on preventive and therapeutic healthcare in a timely manner and we will be able to avoid any untoward health emergency.
