In a significant leap forward in healthcare, Badr Al Samaa Hospital, Salalah proudly announces the launch of state-of-the-art neurological diagnostic services featuring Electroencephalogram (EEG) and Nerve Conduction Study (NCS). This strategic expansion underscores the commitment to providing comprehensive and advanced medical care to the community of Dhofar Governorate. These services were launched by the executive directors of Badr Al Samaa Group of Hospitals, Moideen Bilal and Firasath Hassan.

The Electroencephalogram (EEG) is a non-invasive test that measures electrical activity in the brain, aiding in the diagnosis of various neurological conditions such as epilepsy, sleep disorders, and brain injuries. Nerve Conduction Study (NCS), on the other hand, evaluates the health of the peripheral nervous system, identifying issues related to nerve damage or dysfunction. Together, these diagnostic tools enhance our ability to diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of neurological disorders.

Dr. Aneez A, Specialist Neurologist, Badr Al Samaa Hospital, Salalah expressed enthusiasm about the new services.
